I LOVE my clients! You guys are truly the best. In case you’re wondering what makes me say that, here are a few standout qualities that show up consistently across my roster.

WHAT REALLY MAKES YOU AN IDEAL CLIENT

(Hint: It’s not only about fitting my food-focused niche.)

  1. You trust my vision, process, and expertise. Creating high quality, authentic images that make connections takes time. I am good at what I do and that is why you work with me. You have confidence in my direction and final product. And I appreciate this more than you know.

  2. You have realistic expectations. If you change the scope of the project, this more often than not results in additional charges and/or time, and that is completely reasonable to you. Because you understand I am running a business.

  3. You have excellent communication skills. You’re able to define your wants and needs and convey your thoughts with clarity. It’s innate for some of you, but others make an active effort to be good at this and I recognize that.

  4. You prioritize the project. You have a lot of work to do besides this photoshoot. I get it and that is exactly why I make sure to keep our project phases concise -so that I don’t have to demand your attention for prolonged amounts of scattered time or draw out a production months longer than it really needs to be. And you show up for me when I do require your participation. You are prepared for -and entirely present during- our video chats. And you respond to emails or texts promptly.

  5. You refer me to your friends and colleagues. You express your appreciation of our images by telling your peers nice things about my work and having me as your creative partner.

Most of these points refer to respect for my work and the value of my time. Which is why I love to be part of your extended team and genuinely care about supporting your company growth.
